Our Advanced class is offered 3 days a week for athletes in high school and college. We offer a high intensity environment with the focal point of SPEED. The athletes are challenged by a rigorous weight room program that complements the fundamentals of SPEED. Some athletes in this group have goals to improve performance, while others look to prepare for the collegiate or the professional level. Because we know that each athlete at this level has a unique set of skills, we do our best to tailor each program to their specific needs.
